Q) What is Fast track ?
A) Fast track is an optional service that reduces the manufacturing time from 5-7 working days to 2-4 working days. You can add this fast track service via a tick box found on the basket page.

Q) When will I get my order?
A) Classy Glass crafts all items to bespoke requirements and endeavours to despatch all orders within 5–7 working days from the date of order or artwork approval.

For more urgent requirements, you can request a specific delivery date and select our Fast Track service to receive your order within 2–4 working days from the date of order or artwork approval.

Q) How much does shipping cost?
A) We only use trackable delivery services to ensure that your order arrives safely. Shipping prices start at £9.90. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Q) How do I view and approve my artwork?
A) We aim to send artwork within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your artwork is ready to view, you will be notified by email. The email will contain a pdf attachment showing the proposed layout, to approve the artwork, simply respond with your instruction to proceed.

Amendments can also be requested in this way and a susequent file will be sent showing the amendments you have requested

Q) Can I specify a requested date for my order ?
A) Yes, absolutely. on every product page a 'Notes/Special requirements box’ can be found, simply enter the requested date in this box and continue to place your order. You will be notified if the date cannot be achieved

Q) Where are your products manufactured?
A) Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Q) What is the return policy?
A) Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right
