However, doing so might make things easier for you next time if you intend to place another order somewhere in the future as your address details will then be remembered.
Creating an account is easy. Simply fill in the appropriate fields in the checkout and tick the checkbox.
If we have the item you want in stock our usual turnaround time is 7-10 days to despatch. Having said that, we always try our best to accommodate you and if we cannot supply your first choice in time, we are always happy to suggest an alternative.
DATE REQUIRED – When you place your order you will see that there is a compulsory question which will not process your order until you have answered it. This is the ‘date required’ question and is there to help us prioritise the workload. Most engraving is ordered for a presentation or gift and has a deadline which we try our best to meet. Please do not put ‘ASAP’ in this box as that means different things to different people!

GLASSWARE – The price shown includes all your engraving, including logos and text. We get very few requests for blank glassware, and this way you can see at a glance exactly how much you will be paying. If you do wish to buy blank glassware, give us a call or drop us an email and we can give you a price.
GLASS AWARDS – The price shown includes all your engraving, including logos and text. We did this to make it easier to see the finished price as our customers are not likely to want a blank award!
TROPHIES – Some of these are priced complete with an engraved plate, others (such as annual cups and shields) you will have to pay for engraving separately. The product will tell you if it comes complete with an engraved plate or not.

Take a look at the Artwork Requirements page to find out what format we need your image in. Each product has an upload box you can use to send your image to us when you choose to add a logo to it. Alternatively you can place your order and wait for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. You can then reply to this with your logo and any specific instructions such as font or layout.
Discounts are available on larger orders. If you are placing your order online this is calculated automatically for you. Discount levels are based on order value, as follows:
Spend £100+ save 5%
Spend £250+ save 10%
Spend £1000+ save 15%
